With over fifteen years of related experience, John's expertise encompasses all forms of assurance and advisory services to private and publicly held companies with core expertise serving emerging and middle-market businesses throughout Southern California. John's industry concentrations include a broad range of practice areas, such as entertainment and media, hospitality, distribution and manufacturing, and high-technology. John also has extensive experience providing advisory services in financial due diligence, litigation support, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining HCVT, John held a financial management position for a publicly-traded educational services company and prior to that was a senior manager at a nationally ranked CPA firm where he managed audit and consulting engagements for both private and publicly held companies.
John graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
