Yan has over 20 years of public accounting experience. She provides audit services to private companies in the real estate industry. Her primary real estate clients are residential and commercial own-and-operating entities. Yan also provides audit and assurance services to private foundations. Yan has extensive experience in planning and performing audits of low-income housing tax credit projects and has performed numerous cost certifications. Yan also has performed due diligence, trust accounting, and agreed-upon procedure engagements.
Yan graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Yan is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
