His background includes Big 4 experience, private law practice, as well as serving as tax counsel for a Forbes 400 entrepreneur and his family office. He began his career working with the Internal Revenue Service as a revenue agent and appellate conferee.

Arthur is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is admitted to practice as an attorney in California, New York, and District of Columbia (Inactive). He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tax Section) and the State Bar of California (Tax Section).
