Michael has over 12 years experience in the accounting profession. Prior to joining Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP, Michael was audit manager for one of the Big Four public accounting firms in Los Angeles, where he gained extensive experience with auditing a variety of public and privately held companies, primarily in the manufacturing, retail and distribution industries. Prior to Michael's career in public accounting, he worked for three years as an accountant in private industry.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. Michael is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
