Parking Directions

Our Long Beach office is located on the 8th floor of the UTI Building on the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Magnolia. 100 Oceangate is a small street on the backside of the building and you will not see it nor will you have access to our building from there. Our parking garage is available through Magnolia and/or Daisy. Make sure to bring your parking ticket for validation.
