About the Author
Carol Frischer’s career as a collections manager began more than 19 years ago with one of the largest public accounting firms in Los Angeles. A graduate of University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, her unique and positive approach to collecting past due accounts has made her a much-sought-after consultant to multimillion-dollar corporations. Over the years, Carol has collected large sums of money for clients across the country – and mostly just by simply placing a phone call.
Carol was featured in a BusinessWeek Online article entitled How to Beat the Deadbeats where she provides several tips on making sure you collect what you’re owed: “You do get tough, but you don’t have to get nasty.” She also had an article in the TAXPRO Quarterly Journal Spring Edition entitled:

About the Book
Carol shares the secrets of her success in her book Collections Made Easy (Career Press Publishing), which became the third-best-selling book on collections at Barnes and Noble within three months of its release. She is a contributing writer for several magazines including the Los Angeles Business Journal and Professional Collectors Magazine, and writes a popular monthly column for National Credit News called “Carol’s Corner,” which addresses various collection questions from credit managers across the United States and Canada.
