How we Recruit at HCVT

HCVT offers opportunities that provide college students with insight into the accounting industry prior to graduation. Through various on-campus recruiting events, HCVT has the chance to develop one-on-one relationships with interested students and those ready to graduate. Selected candidates from our on-campus or initial screening interviews are invited for an office visit where they continue the interview process meeting with staff-level accountants, managers and partners. This is a great time to take a tour of our office and learn more about our firm.
